Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed.

As orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at info@whitmoretitanium.com, including your order number.

If your order has already been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return your item within 30 days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
